Shipping Policy

At the archeía, we ensure that your unique, luxury stone furniture arrives safely and securely. Due to the size and weight of our products, we partner with trusted third-party freight companies for delivery.

Shipping Method & Delivery Type
Our furniture ships in large crates or boxes and will be delivered curbside to the address provided at checkout. This service includes delivery to the curb only and does not include in-home placement or assembly. For customers within a 62-mile radius of our Irvine, CA, warehouse, we offer white glove delivery by default, which includes in-home setup and placement.

Tracking & Coordination
Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number. Following shipment, a representative from the intermediary distribution center will reach out to coordinate your delivery time.

Please Note: Once your package arrives at the interim distribution center, it is the customer’s responsibility to schedule a timely delivery. Failure to do so will result in the shipment being sent back, and the customer will be liable for both-way shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.

Local Pickup
For added convenience, customers may also choose to pick up their order directly from our Irvine, CA, warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time if this option is preferred.

Returns

Items ineligible for return:

Products designated as made-to-order, customized, and/or marked as final sale are not eligible for return. The Archeia does not accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for such ineligible items, except in cases where a product is damaged or the wrong product was sent, as outlined in the refund policy.

Items eligible for return:

All other products not mentioned above as ineligible for return fall under the category of eligible items. Returns for eligible items must be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Returns process for eligible items:

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from The Archeia. Should you wish to return any eligible items as specified above, you must initiate the return process within 48 hours of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, kindly email us at info@thearcheia.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label or BL draft, return shipping cost, and shipping instructions. While the instructions will include contact details for the carrier, scheduling a pick-up time with the applicable carrier is your responsibility. To ensure eligibility, the item must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the shipping label or instructions.

All returned items must be in resalable condition (subject to The Archeia’s discretion) and shipped using the provided shipping label, or instructed third party carrier in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If the original packaging is unavailable, repackaging costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Refunds for eligible items:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, deducted from your total refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in like-new condition due to customer use or damage.

Refused deliveries:

Should you refuse to accept the shipment of any purchased products, The Archeia reserves the right to charge associated costs, fees, and expenses, including return shipping fees, restocking fees, and rescheduling delivery fees.

Shipment of the wrong item(s):

If you receive the wrong item, you must notify The Archeia within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing us at info@thearcheia.com and providing documentation evidencing the incorrect item shipped. Upon investigation, if the wrong item is confirmed, we will provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Damaged products:

The Archeia will replace and/or accept the return of products that have arrived damaged or defective as described in this refund policy.

A product may be considered “defective” if it is broken or does not function in accordance with the product instructions and/or documentation. A product may be considered “damaged” if the product arrives with visible damage that renders it unable to function.

A “defective” and/or “damaged” product does not include (1) natural variances in the product, including but not limited to veins and pores in natural stone, grain in wood, bubbles in glass, slight differences in color or print, or appearing slightly different in person as compared to the image of such product on the computer; (2) defects or damages arises from the failure by you or any other person to adhere to applicable use and/or care guidelines; or (3) defects or damages resulting from your, or any third party’s misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper or unauthorized use of the products.

Lost products:

If you haven’t received your product within 48 hours of the expected delivery, email us at info@thearcheia.com to initiate an investigation.

A product may be considered ‘lost’ if the shipping carrier cannot locate it or provide reliable status updates.

Review & Resolution of Claims for Lost or Damaged Products:

We will promptly review your claim and notify you via email of its acceptance or rejection. Investigation and determination of lost, damaged, or defective items will be at The Archeia’s sole discretion.

If your claim is accepted, we will either ship a replacement product or issue a refund, subject to availability and the specific circumstances of the claim.

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned item for refunds or replacements to be processed. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Replacement availability cannot be guaranteed.”
